Latest - First Deck Revealed

So far, four cards from the limited-edition III series have been revealed. There will be two players from the Chicago Bulls and the Minnesota Timberwolves. Derrick Rose and Jalen Rose from the Chicago Bulls will each receive a Galaxy Opal NBA 2K22 MyTEAM card.

The other two players are from the Minnesota Timberwolves. Karl-Anthony Towns and Anthony Edwards are the other two Galaxy Opal cards added to the Limited Edition III pack. This gives players four different cards to choose from in NBA 2K22. Derrick Rose and Anthony Edwards may be part of the Box Topper box tomorrow.

NBA 2K22 MyTEAM Limited Edition III Pack

The Limited Edition III Pack will be available on the NBA 2K22 MyTEAM Pack Market on February 3, 2022. What's different about this limited edition set is that you'll have eight Galaxy Opal cards, six of which will be included in a special 20-pack +1 Booster card case.

While pricing for these NBA 2K22 MyTEAM packs has yet to be announced, we can use other packs to determine to price. A normal package (non-deluxe) should cost around 11K VC, while a deluxe package may be over 15K VC. For a 20-piece set with GO Topper, you could spend over 200K VC for a set. This is mainly because you can choose your own Box Topper player.

Potential limited edition III Galaxy Opal card

There are quite a few players in NBA 2K22 MyTEAM who did not receive their Galaxy Opal cards. With that in mind, we have some players past and present who have access to the Limited Edition III Galaxy Opal.
